I have been trying to reach TPG to cancel my account. All the customer service guys do is forward to the 'concerned' team and nothing happens for hours.
Request you to please cancel my TPG account at the earliest. You guys dont' provide a way to cancel through our online accounts and neither can we stop the auto debit.
