I want to cancel my account as it is no longer needed, but I can’t get a reply from your chat “service”. Can you please advise the best way to cancel, is there an email address? Please help as this is extremely frustrating

It might also help to complain to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman to keep pressure on TPG to follow up the process.
