Cancel my service

Hi TPG,

 

I have gone with another service provider for NBN internet access, however I and still being billed by TPG for ADSL service. Please ensure that my ADSL service is cancelled.

 

My understanding is that i would no longer be billed once i transfered from ADSL to NBN internet.

Can you let me know why I am still being billed and ensure it does not continue.
