Cancel my service

Dear Support Team,

 
I am sending the email to cancel the internet service after talking to TPG account team.  But haven't received the reply email yet, can u pls confirm cancel@tpg.com.au is the right email address/
Could u please cancel my internet service as I already switched to another provider. 
I don't have locked contract, do I still need to wait for another 30 days? Will I be charged for these days?
