I have switched my nbn and phone to another provider. Please cancel my account

Hi @manvicky

 

You may log in to your TPG My Account and click on "Cancel Your Service" option under the Account Management. Please ensure that you will fill in all the required information and agree to the terms when requesting for service termination.

This is to confirm my decision to cancel my nbn account ID 440827 as I've already informed in my email sent to TPG last week . The reasons cited in the email . I do
suggest that TPG will accept cancelation so that I can start setting up my new TPG
Home Wireless Broadband I signed up on 02 April 22 . Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, I would like to cancel my internet plan. Customer ID: 3182168. I am overseas and cannot call as the landline number does not work. Also there is no option to cancel service in My Account for some reason. Thanks
