You may log in to your TPG My Account and click on "Cancel Your Service" option under the Account Management. Please ensure that you will fill in all the required information and agree to the terms when requesting for service termination.

Hi, I would like to cancel my internet plan. Customer ID: 3182168. I am overseas and cannot call as the landline number does not work. Also there is no option to cancel service in My Account for some reason. Thanks
