Hi, i've filled out the below form giving 30 days notice to cancel my TPG NBN account:
I have received no communication regarding whether TPG has received this form.
I contacted TPG on the "Plan change and moving home" number, after taking all my details, the lady was unable to assist and advised that she will put me through to an account specialist.
The account specialist answered, took my details and advised that he is unable to assist as he was a sales specialist.
Someone please get in touch with me so I can cancel my TPG NBN account.
