Cancellation of Service

Hi There,

I have tried to call to cancel my service - but get meesage to say send an email then cuts off. I have checked the forum - there is no email address to send to for cancellation.

I have moved out of my old building and need to cancel the service. Please provide the email address somewhere for cancellations - or please direct me asap.

Thanks, Adam

I think that email is hard to get, tpg do not want cancellations, and do not publicly advertise the email to cancel your account.

Secret service, is tpg as far as cancellations go.

Easy to start an account, difficult to close, have to phone and beg them, give them a reason why, which is none of there business anyway, then give 30 days notice in writting, and then expect an additional debit, while you get constant phone calls from the “win back” team.

Good luck, if you get the emaill put it on here for all to see, or so a moderator can delete it, so it is not public.

Hi @datapelleon,

Welcome to the community!

We're sad to know that you're considering to cancel the service with us. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records.

To better understand what happened and what has been discussed to your we'd like to get your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

How do I private message (PM) in the community

Cheers!

The account cancellation information or procedure is not posted publicly as there are details that needs to be discussed by our Account Specialists with the account holder. This is also, for the security and privacy of the Account.
