I wish to cancel my contract. I filled out the online form from the supplied link below but received an error message back.

I had to get the telecommunications ombudsman involved when I first set up this contract due to TPG incompetence with my account. I will not hesitate to do this again. Can I please get this resolved ASAP. I am moving house and need to cancel on 04.04.2024 (as per my online request). This is more than 30 days away and I am not in contract, so should be easy to resolve.
