Cancellation of my NBN service - 7125416

Hello TPG,

I would like to cancel my NBN 50 service (customer ID: 7125416) as I will go back to China for good tomorrow. I have submitted the cancellation notice via the online form but it bounced back to me saying the mail is undelivered. Please see the returned email below.

Is there anything TPG could have done differently to prevent you from cancelling your service? :
I will return to China and no longer needed the NBN service in the rental property.
