So, I called TPG customer service today and yesterday as well to cancel my ADSL2+ Home bundle plan. They have told me about the early termination fee as I was in 18 months contract plan. However, then they said, they were a little busy and they would call me later about the cancellation procedure. I haven't got any call yet or any email from TPG. I want to cancel the plan before it cuts balance on the next month. A little help would be appreciated.
