I have a very simply request, that is to cancel my 5G wireless broadband which I am no longer using.
Please do not try to sell me another service, I do not need another service.
I signed up to try the 5g wireless broadband and that's it. It doesn't work for me, so please cancel my account and do not charge me as I no longer use it.
I have tried to cancel through phone yesterday and had been coaxed to stay with tpg, I don't want to waste my time on the phone.
Cancel my account, give me instructions where to return the modem to.
