Please cancel my services for nbn and telaphone as i have shifted to new provider on April 4.2020. The service should cancel once youu shift your provider. This is double dipping into customer's account. Thanks
Send an email to cancel@tpg.com.au with the details of your account. They require 30 days notice. If you are still getting charged after 1 month, consider complaining to TIO or ACCC.
