Hi there,

Please cancel my account 6857546
I tried to cancel via the cancellation form but have not received a confirmation email.
I understand there will be fees for the following cancellation which are excessively high which is very disappointing.
Please send confirmation via email you have on file.
I have joined another provider as the provide higher and easier customer service as well as a quicker installation timeframe
