Hi team, I recently moved and was initially told that the moving house process would be simple. However 2 weeks prior to my move I was sorting out my utilities and it seems that I'm unable to move/change my plan for the new place as I used to have FTTB NBN. Can someone please speed up the cancellation request of my old account so I can get the new one setup. I've just been charged for an extra month too which I won't be using now...
