I've sat on your chat three times in the past 24hrs, totalling near 8hrs of waiting and every time I have had the chat closed without assistance. Twice I spoke with someone who was transferring me to another person and on both of those occasions, after about an hour each time, the chat was closed with no assistance. 

in addition, I have sent two email enquiries through your contact form to have no acknowledgement of receipt or any reply.

 

i want my service cancelled from 28 March as I am moving down have gone with another provider who I have to say have been amazing compared to you and have had higher numbers in wait queues but are getting through and providing support far better than you are.
