Cancelling My TPG NBN plan

Hi There, i need someone to assist on cancelling my NBN plan at TPG. I have tried the online support, live chatting and reached out to 4 people however no one ever solved my problem and they all end my conversation by "let me transfer you to an account specialist" then it's forever waiting. I have been dealing with different staff since 12 pm today and its been 5 hours, still no one reached out and I honestly do not know whether there is any "account specialist" able to help. I have also emailed you guys and request for cancel NBN service, and here i am posting this as well. Please serve this as a written notice and assist solving this matter as we do not wish to pay for your service now. BTW there is no contract involved!

I had the exact same problem spent 4-5 ours trying to get onto someone ending either with them disconnecting me or transferring me to no one!

Hi There,

I am going to leave the apartment on 19 of May/2020 and I need that for that day you have already disconnected the service, I am not working at the momet and I don't have money to continue paying for the service.
