I've gone with another provider for NBN and need to cancel my internet account with TPG
I've got a couple of mobile plans as well but want to keep those active, I just want to cancel the internet part
my forum details should match those on my account
best time for a call from accounts would be after 6.30pm on a weeknight if possible
