I can't access the TPG website. Each time I try I get

Error 403 - Forbidden
F5 site: hk2-hkg"
I can't log in and this msg appears. Is a nuisance as I can't top up my account.
I'm not sure if all this because not in Australia. I need resolved ASAP
The TPG website isn't accessible from overseas, which is why you're seeing that error when you try to log in.
