TPG IS A JOKE.   I am living out of country and tried to advise TPG to cancel my service. LOL, WHAT A JOKE. Firstly, they geo-block their website - so i cant access my account.   I have received emails after the fact that they could not contact me via phone. This is depsite me responding to emails from various departments THAT SERVICE IS POOR and will need to close account via email, etc.   So FINALLY I think I am making progress when get link that I am to use to provide ID, picture, etc. They confirm receipt and validation. FINALLY I think. HA, just a cruel joke. They are now back to trying to call me and sending messages saying cannot contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite assurance from from TPG I still have not been contacted by Accounts department to arrange closing my account since  Inow live overseas. Is stupi an international company does not allow me to access site now I am not in Australia - despite STILL having the phone number active. ... View more

I am currently in Philippines.   I can't access the TPG website. Each time I try I get  "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.   Your support ID is 120ff142-f325-4e0c-acb7-ca2df174aead Error 403 - Forbidden F5 site: hk2-hkg"   I can't log in and this msg appears.
