Cannot access my account and receive sms oversea

Hi there,

Is there anyone who could assist me in access my account while oversea? Everytime I tried to log in I get a "Forbidden" error message. Further, I used to receive SMS while roaming, however, for the last couple days, I don't seem to be able to receive it anymore.
