Cannot make and receive call while still can send SMS and mobile data seems ok

Hello,

I recently encountered a problem where my phone number cannot be used to make any outgoing calls or receive calls from anyone. Interestingly, I still can send and receive messages (SMS) and get a signal for my mobile data. Can you please help me to fix this problem?
