Cannot receive SMS while overseas

I cannot receive any SMS while overseas. I have some difficulties to find any information about it on my account.
The chat support refers to roaming options but I am not finding any in MyAccount.
This is for
Plan ID ***
Phone Number ***
Service Type 166: ***
Status Moved to Novus
