Hi, I tried to change NBN plan online via My Account, but it was unsuccessful. I received a message 'E:adsl_comm:thread_exists', and was asked to call Customer Service, However, I am currently overseas so phoning Customer Service is of inconvenience. Are there any other ways to contact Customer Service, such as by email. Please advise. Many thanks.
