Just received a TPG SMS stating that I have been charged for an extra 2GB block of data when I'm inside my limit. I have not been using my phone - why has this happened? And anyway, I'm well within my data allowance!
I am having the same issue. I am within my data usage but I received a message notification saying I was charged for extra 1GB data block (also today, 10/10/2021).
Anyone knows how to fix it? Now my mobile data is barred due to insufficient prepaid fund available.
