Message today from TPG re: barred data

Can you please tell me why I received a message today advising that my data has been barred as I have insufficient prepaid balance.   My bills are paid by direct debit and was last paid 4 October so I have definitely not gone over my limit.  Everything on my phone seems OK but I'd still like to know why I received the message.  Could you please advise asap.
