Charged for home wireless broadband when service was cancelled and switched to nbn , was put on nbn 100 even though I requested nbn 50 called up and asked to be changed to nbn 50 still hasn't being changed

This has been raised to our Accounts Team to update the plan. At the moment, it is still in progress. We chased this with them to prioritise this case. We will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
