I canceled my account on 12/08/2022.
Yesterday I found out that TPG have still been taking my money out on a monthly transaction. I called and spoke to Patricia, who gave me the cancellation link (again) which of course doesn’t open. I sent an Email back, but no reply.
If you have a similar issues please reply to this question/statement
