Get online support
Hi there,
I've tried multiple times every day for the past week to close my account via:
- the online chat: your customer service never transfer me to the 'account specialist' as they say and then eventually they close the chat after I've waited for hours
- the phone: i've been on hold for 4 hours with no answer
- email: i've emailed cancel@tpg.com.au 3 times with no reply
Can someone please get in touch with me to close my account?
I've lodged a complain with the Ombudsman.
