I'm wanting to close my TPG account on the 18th of this month and was told 2 days ago that I would receive a callback yesterday. Tried calling back today but the lines are too busy.
Please call me back ASAP.
It has taken us 5 phone calls and a waiting time of over 1 hour to finally speak to a human today........
