I phoned the support centre to close my 5G internet and open an NBN account. The NBN was working within a few days.
I was assured I would recieve a refund for the unused portion of the 5G. Not only did I not revcieve a refund, I've just been charged for another month of service.
Please close and refund me as soon as possible.

When did you request to terminate your 5G service? Did you send an email of your request?
We also like to check your NBN account. Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
