I need to close my account at the end of this billing cycle, how do I do this?
Reason for closing - the email being changed to an external provider.
I've been online 28 years including two years working Tech, Sales & Billing for Iinet - an ISP not providing email is just ludicrous.

I am moving house, so I will want the connection cancelled on the date I move.
I am switching to another provider because of TPG outsourcing email, 28 years online, an ISP not providing email is simply ludicrous.
However, I would like my TPG email addresess to remain active for one week after I move.
Am I able to just pay for one week of my plan to keep the email addresses active?
