Complaint - Continue charging my old account

Hi,

I have transfered from TPG NBN to 5G netwok on 5 Mar, but TPG continutine charing my old NBN account on 11 Mar for the Package Period 18/03/2024 to 17/04/2024.

Can anyone please review this?
