Hi, Im trying to cancel my internet I have filled out the online form but have recieved no confirmation via email or on my account to suggest this has been recieved or is being actioned. Ive attempted to call only to be told theres a wait time so I optioned for the call back and they called on the worst line possible, could not make out a word.
