Converting POP3 account to IMAP

Hi all,

Months ago I asked how to convert my TPG POP3 account to IMAP. After help from this community and a long process of missed calls etc, I finally had it sorted when I spoke to someone on the phone. This was a long time ago and my account still has not been converted.

Where do i go from here?
