Credit Card details changed but payment still rejected

Hi!
I have recently received a message from TPG saying that my payment got rejected and this was due to my card being expired. I have been issued by a new one from my bank and I used these details to update my card in my tpg account. A $1 has been charged in my account which means the card has been verified. However I still got a message that the attempt to deduct payment from my account still failed despite me updating it. My account is not showing any outstanding due as well so I cannot process the payment. Please help, thanks
