Credit on closed account

Hi, I closed my internet account with TPG earlier this year, but you have emailed me to advise I now have a credit on the account.  Seems I have two credits, so wondering how to get these funds sent to me?


I tried emailing Customer Service and Customer Relations, but both emails get a delivery failure (quite typical of the service and hence why I have moved elsewhere).


Please advise how I can get my refund sent to me. Thanks.
