Hi, I closed my internet account with TPG earlier this year, but you have emailed me to advise I now have a credit on the account.  Seems I have two credits, so wondering how to get these funds sent to me?   I tried emailing Customer Service and Customer Relations, but both emails get a delivery failure (quite typical of the service and hence why I have moved elsewhere).   Please advise how I can get my refund sent to me. Hi, done all the usual checks (no outage on tpg or nbn sites) have rebooted, etc. FTTC and the dsl light on the nbn box is stuck on flashing (first two lights are on) so I have no internet. Can a line fault be checked? I haven’t rung up as every time I rang recently (for another fault after a recent qld storm) I was stuck on hold forever with no outcome.
