DSL light flashing no Internet

Hi, done all the usual checks (no outage on tpg or nbn sites) have rebooted, etc. FTTC and the dsl light on the nbn box is stuck on flashing (first two lights are on) so I have no internet. Can a line fault be checked?

I haven’t rung up as every time I rang recently (for another fault after a recent qld storm) I was stuck on hold forever with no outcome. Really hoping to avoid wasting time on hold.

Thank you, it seems to have corrected itself after about 4-5 hours of downtime so will see how it goes for now.
