Have changed TPG service to NBN Bundle service has progressed further.

Then received an email says
A credit of $46.44 for the unused portion of your existing TPG service has been applied to your account

Still not received the credit on my account, but funny is you have charged another $5.68 on the 4th Feb of TPG service...
Please advise...
