Credits promised not processed over 2 months

Hello,

 

A customer rep agreed to give me a $60 credits back in mid October. It has been 2 months since then. I have rung 4 times including my phone call today to follow up. Nobody can tell the progress or what's wrong. Pretty disppointed as a new customer.
