Customer Relations- Need to know!

Recently i reported a serious abuse to Customer Relations. Not only they did not resolve the issues I raised, they provided me with a ridiculous ref. number of my complaint. it's 4rW9I4kZwKO6AlCA_2F8Yv_2Fg_3D_3D. 

It was stated on all of their emails (about 4 or 5 emails). 

When I complained about a different issue in July, their ref. number was 8 digits only. the matter was resolved. 

Anyone from TPG, can you explain this Customer Relations ref. number please? it's 4rW9I4kZwKO6AlCA_2F8Yv_2Fg_3D_3D.

Hey @elesh, that reference number is just one that is used to track your complaint in our systems and link it back to your Case Manager.

The reference number that you're looking for can be found on the notification you received when you submitted your complaint.
