My account was debited an extra $10 for top up data

This was not initiated by me and I did not authorised this
I called TPG 12.50 on sat 13 April Adelaide time and your customer service officer hung up on me.

I am on fixed income
Every cent is accounted for
I cannot afford another $10

Please provide credit and ensure this does not happen again.
You should give me credit on next month cost as apologies for this unacceptable behaviour.


I look forward to hearing from you .
If you choose to not provide credit to me please reply in correspondence as I intend to pursue this.
