I have attempted to contact "customer_support@tpg.com.au" twice to get all our TPG accounts canceled without any acknowledgement of the emails or any action as requested.

 

Very frustrating and part of the reason to move away from TPG. Not prepared to go through less than user friendly phone contact just to cancel the service.

 

You guys really need to lift your game when it comes to communicating with your customer base.

 

Have been with TPG since the early days and now seems time to change.
