Deceased account

My sister passed in January this year. We had no information regarding an account that she had with you but a large amount of money was direct debited from her account from TPG.
My sisters name is xxxxx xxxxx
xxxxx
We have no account information as we were unaware this account existed until the bank notified us.
How do we rectify this issue.

I would love to help and get to the bottom of this, I tried to use the given details to pull up the account but no matching records found. We can try the following information.

Send me a private message with these information together with your best contact number and preferred time. Once we able to locate the account we'll arrange our Account Specialists to contact you and discuss details to close the account.
