Hi all - I have not realised in the past that emails are automatically deleted after 45 days resulting in lost correspondence. I have looked to turn this feature off but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @ErDayImBufferin . Most common way is to use an email "client". There are various products for different platforms, Windows, Mac, Android, iphones. The emails in your Inbox get downloaded to your device and can be kept forever.

Some setup info here:

@ErDayImBufferin - As mentioned use an email client and also use POP (instead of IMAP) as POP will "download" the emails to your computer/device so you can still read/access them while offline. if emails get deleted off the server after 45 days, youll still have them locally on your computer. Thats what i have been doign and have emails that are 15+ years old.
