Hi @ErDayImBufferin . Most common way is to use an email "client". There are various products for different platforms, Windows, Mac, Android, iphones. The emails in your Inbox get downloaded to your device and can be kept forever.

@ErDayImBufferin - As mentioned use an email client and also use POP (instead of IMAP) as POP will "download" the emails to your computer/device so you can still read/access them while offline. if emails get deleted off the server after 45 days, youll still have them locally on your computer. Thats what i have been doign and have emails that are 15+ years old.
