Digital Voice Prepayment Outside Included Value

Do I still need to pay this fee if I have no phone attached to my account? I currently use Optus Cable naked DSL - no phone line. I don’t need a phone line. So why would I need to pay $20?

TPG NBN is a bundle plan, and you won’t be able to remove the voice service.

@KarlBI assume the $20 will be refunded at the termination of the service if it has not been used?

Great! It’s because of nonsense charges like that that I have cancelled my NBN account with TPG, and today my mobile phone plan from Vodafone. Robbery.
