Hi i recently lost my debit card, i reported it lost and have a new one on the way, in the meantime i added the bank account associated with it as a direct debit method of payment, however, even though it says the new details will be used to process future payments, so far it hasnt happened that way, in fact im expecting a 10$ fee to be added to my $10 bill (to cover processing cost?)
Before i hit post on this question i raced over to see if the payment had been automatically processed and, whoohooo it has been, so can someone please remove the credit card from my account? as it is no longer valid, thankyou (same username)

Thanks for raising this to us. I was able to confirm with our Account Specialists Team that the Credit card will no longer be used. Let us know should you require further assistance.
