Hi sorry i dont see the need anymore, its hours later, i ran a sppedtest and posted the results at the time, please see original post, i see your forum is FULL of people whinging about subpar service, the MS responce time, to a telstra server is in the original post i fail to see what running more tests hours later will achieve, tbph you guys need to upgrade the link you have to your provider, end of story. if you can not provide a working internet connection with decent averages then the bottom line is, i could jump ship, not pay you out, and if it went to court, my solicitor has agreed i would definately win any hearing, as it turns out i love tpg, will not be jumping ship and will stick it out, it frustrates me that you ask me to run further tests a day later, to what end? would you like me to try turning it off and then on again???? dont you think i would of tried this, im a network security consultant, dont wind me up!! -cam

Hi i am seeing a lot of this recently ERROR: Unable to download webpage: (caused by URLError(gaierror(-2, 'Name or service not known'))) It's referring to youtube.com so the issue is with my connection, which im paying 70/mo for!! what gives? Unhappy customer -Cameron James

Hi, im going to be 3 days late to pay my bill, i tried to contact billling 5x over the last three days, with no luck, the phone says no links available, something about congestion, i simply wanted to ask for a hold to be placed on my auto direct debit, meanwhile the direct debit has been attempted 4x resulting in 40$ of extra transaction fees, this is my fault but 40$+ for transaction fees, what? please put a hold on my direct debit auto payment, it will be paid in 24 hours max, and please go some way to reimbursing me for all the failed direct debit attemps, my username is "ibanezxr" also i read that while no links are available due to congestion, i will not be able to call life saving emergency services either? I'm a MS patient, who may need this at spome point, can someone please reassure me about this or i will have no choice where my life is concerned. i will have my hand forced by TPG. to move to a different provider, without paying out the contract that is not beling forfilled as contractedq@$#!@%#@%$

Youtube is failing and constantly timing out, so i ran some tests! your up-link is to blame, I’m not sure who it is but hop #7 and there after is timing out badly, ( as soon as the packet leaves the TPG network (10.252.169.222), this is terrible, I’m paying for a fibre connection and the quality is shocking, I’m not sure who your up-link is or who owns this IP address, its like the box is running out of a Malibu Stacy dolls house, i would seriously consider a new up-link, your customers will be jumping ship because of this in droves. I would of called support to ask, but last time i did something of this nature the support consultant told me the system logs and errors both in the router and outside and inside the TPG network (i presume, are not my problem to worry about) newsflash when my connections are timing out constantly, they are definitely my problem to worry about I’m paying for a connection that doesn't function as its meant to, even if the issue is intermittent its still a big issue to me, please look into it, thanks. btw it would be great if you guys had a ticketing system, perhaps zendesk ( https://www.zendesk.com/ ) its opensource and thus extremely secure (many eyes are viewing the code and also developing it) as any vulnerabilities are raised and addressed instantly! this community board is great but the downside is the general greater public can see posts, and consequently i can't disclose sensitive information! Also in my routers system log, i had 27 pages of a information level log message of VOIP type saying "no account could be found for incomming call" ? after only a few days this is filling the syslog its a bit concerning, like a bug that could be addressed with a firmware update, the router is the Archer 1600v ( tpg supplied ). kind regards & good luck with this, Cameron James

Digital Voice is listed twice in my account, the 1st one is correct and states my VOIP number, the 2nd is incorrect and states a number which when called says, sorry the number is diconnected?

Hi i recently lost my debit card, i reported it lost and have a new one on the way, in the meantime i added the bank account associated with it as a direct debit method of payment, however, even though it says the new details will be used to process future payments, so far it hasnt happened that way, in fact im expecting a 10$ fee to be added to my $10 bill (to cover processing cost?) Before i hit post on this question i raced over to see if the payment had been automatically processed and, whoohooo it has been, so can someone please remove the credit card from my account? as it is no longer valid, thankyou (same username) Cheers
