I had two TPG mobile numbers. And I canceled one number on the morning of July 4th. I also received an e-mail that confirmed the cancellation. However, TPG took $25 from my bank by direct debit. I asked for a refund through a phone call, but I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail or text message. Please send me an e-mail or text about the refund process.
